Prestige Insurance Holdings has achieved Level 3 in a recent audit of its workplace health and wellbeing activities called the Take 5 Accreditation.
Based on the 5 Steps to Wellbeing with three levels of accreditation available, the Take 5 Accreditation was delivered as part of a partnership between Business in the Community and Belfast Health & Social Care Trust and funded by NHS Charities Together.
Since Autumn 2025, the Group’s Better Together programme and internal champions have been working towards the BITC Take 5 accreditation and we are delighted to say that we have been awarded the highest achievement.
Prestige Insurance Holdings was one of 10 companies recognised at a special event held on 17 June at Belfast Castle.

The process and results allow organisations to examine and reflect on their wellbeing performance, benchmark themselves against others and drive improvements for the benefit of their people and to strengthen their business.
